La manifestazione folcloristica è giunta alla sua 13esima edizione.
Avrà luogo presso Ardesio, comune della provincia di Bergamo situato in alta Val Seriana sulle Alpi Orobie. Località turistica rinomata, specie la sua frazione Valcanale, e’ sede di frequenti pellegrinaggi al Santuario della Madonna delle Grazie.
L’ evento offre la possibilità di scoprire i sapori e i gusti italiani, degustando del buon vino.
Inoltre per coloro che non fossero interessati alla componente godereccia e “mangereccia” potranno intrattenersi nelle varie attività che la manifestazione ha in programma.
Si inizia venerdì 4 Agosto con “La Cena divina” presso l’albergo Ristorante Bigoni (gradita prenotazione al numero di telefono 0346-33289).
Il patron Davide Bigoni e il professor Tegoni, sommelier professionista presso COMET, Università di Parma, guideranno alla scoperta dei sapori del centro Italia, abbinandoli sapientemente ai vini adeguati.
Sabato 5 Agosto alle ore 17:30 avrà luogo il seminario permanente Luigi Veronelli dedicato all’argomento “Bellebuono, definizioni e contraddizioni del vino di qualità”.
Un excursus tra letture ed assaggi intorno al concetto di qualità (posti limitati; consigliata la prenotazione al 0346-33289).
Nei 3 giorni dell’evento sara possibile visitare gli stand dei produttori e dedicarsi alla degustazione di vini e di prodotti tipici.
Si avrà l’occasione di ascoltare le storie dei produttori locali e di riscoprire quanto sia importante il rapporto diretto tra produttore e consumatore.
Saranno inoltre organizzati dei laboratori per bambini (domenica dalle ore 10 alle 12:30 e dalle 16 alle 18:30); delle visite guidate al Santuario della Madonna delle Grazie e al museo Etnografico o assistere alle riproduzioni fatte a gessetto dai madonnari per le vie del paese.
Fra gli eventi collaterali troviamo ADV nel mondo: scattando una foto ad un monumento, un luogo, una casa nel corso di un viaggio e inviandola al sito della manifestazione sarà possibile vederla pubblicata.
Ed infine si terrà il concerto degli Anonima Cantautori, domenica 6, dalle ore 17 alle ore 18:30.
Iniziativa lodevole è il servizio “salva patente”: una serie di navette e di bus porteranno i visitatori ad Ardesio, evitando loro di dover guidare, specie dopo la degustazione.
Un pensiero saggio e lungimirante… Perché si sa che la convivialità si associa spesso al bere, al buon bere in questo caso. Ma la prudenza e la consapevolezza anche in occasioni come queste sono fattori che fanno la differenza.
