Il Gusto del Territorio
percorso introduttivo che consente di approcciare alle produzioni tipiche del Piemonte, Arneis, Dolcetto e Barbera.
I Cru del Barolo
viaggio di degustazione di tre diverse etichette di Barolo.
I volti del Nebbiolo
mette a confronto il Barolo, il Barbaresco e il Roero.
Le degustazioni avranno una durata di circa un’ora e il costo è di € 25,00 a persona.

RANDEZ-VOUS SULLA STRADA DEL BAROLO
Sarà un’occasione straordinaria per scoprire tutto il fascino autunnale delle Langhe, colline patrimonio dell’UNESCO.
Molte le occasioni, a prezzi assolutamente modici, per degustare i vini tipici, prodotti nella zona e per assaggiare i piatti della tradizione, appositamente preparati da chef della langarola.
Sarà inoltre possibile visitare Musei e Castelli.

Coloro che decideranno di avventurarsi fra queste bellissime colline per la prima volta, devono assolutamente sapere che, in uno spazio così limitato territorialmente, si concentrano le produzioni di ben 4 denominazioni DOCG e una corte di DOC.
Le DOC
sono denominazioni di origine controllata che certificano che un vino viene prodotto con uve coltivate e raccolte nella medesima zona indicata nel marchio. Le DOC indicano un prodotto di qualità certificata che ha caratteristiche tipiche della zona di provenienza.
Le DOCG
indicate obbligatoriamente nelle etichette, indicano il nome geografico di una zona viticola.
I vini prodotti nelle zone indicate dalle DOCG devono rispettare degli specifici disciplinari.
Le DOCG riguardano i vini che sono già DOC da almeno 10 anni e che sono considerati di prestigio.
Questa sarà un’occasione unica per conoscere la cultura e la tradizione della zona a 360 gradi, un luogo di cui ci si innamora perdutamente al primo sguardo.
