“Che Vino!” è il frutto di un’idea nata dalla collaborazione di Giuseppe Trisciuoglio, esperto del settore beverage, di Federica Piersimoni, famosa travel blogger italiana, e da Elio Maria Piersimoni, personalità importante nel mondo del food.
“Che Vino!” è una start up che si occupa di delivery, di vendita online di vini di qualità.
Il core del progetto, vincente a mio parere, è il porre attenzione a tutte quelle che sono le produzioni vitivinicole dei piccoli e medi produttori italiani che, altrimenti, non si conoscerebbero facilmente.
La selezione dei vini è volutamente italiana, così come quella dei vitigni di natura autoctona, ed è relativa a tutte quante le regioni, dal Piemonte alla Sicilia.
La volontà dei fondatori è quella di far conoscere il territorio attraverso il vino, valorizzandone gli aspetti peculiari.
In questo modo tutti, e non solo gli esperti del settore food & beverage, hanno la possibilità di conoscere le storie, le tradizioni e la passione, che sono dietro alle cantine e alle loro produzioni.
Ogni settimana infatti “Che Vino!” dedica la sua attenzione ad un produttore locale, di cui ne racconta la storia e presenta i vini. In questo modo, attraverso la narrazione, si entra nella vita, nel lavoro dell’azienda. E anche berne il vino prodotto assume un altro sapore, un altro significato.

Su “Che Vino!” è possibile sottoscrivere un abbonamento mensile a “Che Box!”. “Che Box!” consegna a casa tre vini, accuratamente scelti, italiani, con un packaging riciclabile al 100% , fattore apprezzabile in un’epoca in cui si parla tanto di sostenibilità.
